Use this page to delete your Pearl 168 (`com.pearl168.app` / `www.pearl168.com`) account and personal profile data immediately online, or submit a verified erasure request to our Data Protection Officer without opening the mobile app.
Account & Personal Data Deletion (ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล)
In compliance with Thailand's PDPA B.E. 2562, Google Play User Data Policy, and Apple App Store guidelines, you can permanently delete your Pearl 168 account and personal profile data at any time.
Deleted Immediately
- Firebase Authentication login (Email, Google OAuth, or Forum Handle)
- Personal profile fields (name, email, phone, avatar)
- Saved spas, favorite deals, and device push preferences
Statutory & Security Retention
- Anonymized security/fraud logs (purged within 90 days)
- Completed partner transaction records required by Thai tax/accounting law
How Deletion Works (ขั้นตอนการลบข้อมูล)
- Instant Self-Service (Web or App): Sign in above (or visit Profile → Account & Data Deletion), type
DELETE, and confirm. Your login credentials, saved favorites, and personal profile fields are erased immediately. - Email Request Without Signing In: If you no longer have access to your login method or prefer manual verification, email phuket420automobile@gmail.com from your registered email address. Verified manual erasure requests are completed within 7 business days.
- Individual Reviews or Forum Posts: You can also delete individual shop reviews or zero-email community forum posts directly on any city/shop page without deleting your entire account.
